Thank you for choosing Crea&Co. By booking a service through this site, you agree to the following terms and policies:

Payments & Invoicing

  • All payments are made via bank transfer.

  • An invoice will be sent after booking, with a 10-day payment window.

  • Late payments will result in a 5% late fee added to the total amount due.

  • Please note a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery. Work will begin once the deposit is received.

Booking & Timeline Expectations

  • Projects must be booked at least 1 month in advance to ensure availability.

  • Each project timeline is dependent on workload and complexity:

    • Example: A full branding project may take up to 1 month

    • A single poster design or smaller item may take 1–2 weeks

Revisions & Edits

  • Each package includes 1, 3, or 5 rounds of revisions — depending on the selected package.

  • Additional revisions beyond what is included may be subject to extra charges.

Refunds & Rescheduling

  • No refunds will be issued once work has started on your project.

  • Cancellation is only allowed within the 10-day window margin, before payment is sent.

  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 7 days' notice.

    • If you need to reschedule, please email me as early as possible so we can adjust your timeline.

    • New timelines will be based on my current workload and availability.

Client Responsibilities

  • Crea&Co does not offer content creation services such as photography or videography. Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials, including photos, videos, and brand assets. We provide short-form written content, such as captions, poster text, and promotional materials. However, clients must supply full brand copy, including service descriptions, about sections, mission and vision statements, and any related brand messaging.

  • All deliverables rely on timely communication from the client.

  • Clients are expected to respond to drafts, edits, or emails within 3–5 business days.

  • I cannot guarantee delivery timelines if responses are delayed or if required content is not submitted.

Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Your privacy matters. Information collected through this site (name, email, phone number, project details, etc.) is used only for communication and service-related purposes.

  • Your data will never be sold, shared, or made public.

  • All client projects are kept confidential, and no content will be published or shared unless you give written permission.
