Overview:
NØISE GARDEN is a fictional underground techno festival brand that needed a poster that screams chaos, cool, and creative energy. This concept aimed to blend nightlife grunge with Gen Z surrealism, ideal for a bold and boundary-pushing music audience.
Design approach:
The poster uses high-contrast imagery (a disco ball in glossy lips) paired with acid green and hot pink typography. I intentionally distorted traditional visual rules to match the vibe of open-air, underground raves. Bold fonts, loud colors, and surreal visuals were key to capturing the festival’s rebellious spirit.
Results
The final poster for this fictional underground techno festival delivered exactly the energy it was meant to: bold, chaotic, and unforgettable. Through surreal visuals, acid colors, and layered type, the design achieved a loud, high-impact aesthetic that grabs attention instantly. The poster also reinforced event tone and genre identity, critical for music marketing. Creating this concept gave me freedom to explore more expressive, rule-breaking design and taught me how to balance visual shock with clear messaging. It’s one of the strongest representations of my range as a designer.
